Terms of Use

1. Who we are, and what this is

This members platform is operated by Angela Schellenberg ("we," "us"). It offers courses, peer-support communities, and remembrance spaces. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and using it does not create a therapist–client relationship with Angela Schellenberg, even though she is a licensed therapist. If you are in crisis, use the crisis resources or call 988.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

Sign-in links are personal, so please don't share them. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or the community guidelines, which are part of these terms.

4. Your content

You own what you post: your words, photos, and memorials. By posting, you give us a limited license to host and display that content within the platform so the community can function. We don't sell your content or use it in advertising without your written permission.

By uploading photos you confirm you have the right to share them. You may ask us to delete your content or your entire account at any time by emailing angela@angelaschellenberg.com.

5. Community conduct

What members share here is theirs and stays here. Do not screenshot, repost, or share other members' words, images, or identities outside the platform. No harassment, no solicitation, no advice presented as professional treatment. We may remove content or members to protect the community.

6. Courses, payments, and refunds

Course purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at enrollment. Payment-plan enrollments are a commitment to the full course price.

Refunds: you may cancel for a full refund any time before the first live session of your cohort. After the first session and before the third, we'll refund half. After the third session, enrollment is non-refundable, though you may transfer your seat to a future cohort once. To request a refund, email angela@angelaschellenberg.com.

7. Continuing education

Continuing education credit, where offered, applies only to designated live trainings, requires verified live attendance, and is provided under our NBCC approval. NBCC credit is never offered for the Mother Hunger® course.

8. Intellectual property

Course materials are for your personal use, so please don't redistribute them. Mother Hunger® is a registered trademark of Kelly McDaniel; Angela Schellenberg is a certified Mother Hunger® Facilitator. This platform is not owned by or affiliated with Kelly McDaniel. 9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform and its content are provided "as is," for educational and peer-support purposes. Personal outcomes vary; nothing here is a promise of therapeutic results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

10. Changes and governing law
